Position Overview: Reporting into the Assurance Salesmanager Italy, Eurofins is now looking to recruit a young personwith a dynamic character to build upon and further develop its Foodand Consumer Assurance activities in Italy composed of foodlabelling services, certification, auditing (2nd part, social,quality, environmental, security)and training. Keyresponsabilities: - Maintain, develop and grow customers ensuringthe service proposed is adhering to customers needs. - Enhanceclient relationship through provision of professional supportservices and customer care - Work with existing partners anddeveloping relation with others to drive business growth andvisibility on the market - Contribute to the establishment of salesplans and marketing campaign - Analyze existing monthly KPI anddeveloping others in order to monitor the progresses - Work withmarketing resources accordingly Essential Duties: - Applies goodpractices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate - Be verycollaborative and able to work in a team when required but alsoautonomous and enterprising - Open minded, self motivated , resultsorientated - Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines -Demonstrate and promote the company vision - Maintainconfidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhereto all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner - Performsother duties as assigned - Able to use CRM Sales force and reportperiodically using the company tools Qualifications: - Equivalentof a high school or bachelors degree - Have knowledge of the mainfood safety certification/audit schemes and CRM tool - A previousexperience in sales roles or an equivalent experience of a coupleof years in a Certification Body or in a consultancy company willbe appreciated - Must be fluent in English - Analytical skills andfull proficiency with Office applications Skills: - Excellentverbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability tointeract successfully with internal and external customers anddevelop communications and report to upper management. -Demonstrated ability with personal computer software in a businessenvironment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and emailsoftware, Project Management, and resource planning software OtherInformation Travel: Required (Italy) To learn more about Eurofins,please explore our website www.eurofins.com, www.eurofins.itInformativa Privacy
