Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversee integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs.
Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements, supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to drive risk mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Future Planning Solution Execution Team.
- Follow the market roll-out plan to manage end-to-end operations, from purchasing to PO management.
- Contribute to market roll-out and customization by collecting operational learnings.
- Coordinate Operational Reporting Efforts.
- Oversee the implementation of reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) across Product Supply Creation hubs, optimize resources, and escalate issues in case of business risks. Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the team.
- Coordinate Testing Efforts: manage overall testing activities across Product Supply Creation hubs, optimize resources, and escalate issues in case of business risks.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the team.
- Lead demand supply review with relevant markets to ensure optimized use of supply capacity, understand supply constraint, drive level loading execution for respective area and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and execute as per agreement.
- Manage process execution identifying and lead process improvements.
- Drive implementation of projects within area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/ cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage collaborative relationships with key counterparts in Market SCM, Sourcing and GBS.
- Manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications.
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
