This person will be responsible for bringing efficiencies and reducing costs using data analysis and visualization tools and processes to support our growing Hub Delivery program business in Europe. Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery services to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory worldwide.The successful candidate will be able to work with technical and Hub delivery teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement, and track progress against goals. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and comfort with technical teams and systems. The candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with large datasets.Key job responsibilitiesManage volume allocation and flow to partners and their jurisdiction.Drive alignment across EU Hub Delivery and Sales & Operations planning teams to improve metrics through joint projects and goals.Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests, projects, and ongoing reporting.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. Skilled in using data and metrics to drive improvements.Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).Experience with SQL, defining program requirements, and using data to determine improvements.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to influence without direct authority.Experience with process improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
