Functieomschrijving - Serves as a vital supportfunction within the PT&C Section, facilitate communication,organisation, financial and administrative tasks to ensure smoothoperations. - By managing meetings, events, and administration andby providing project support, the coordinator enhancescollaboration and efficiency across the PT&C Section and withother sections and members. - Administration Maintain organisationcharts, organise meetings (internal/external), contract management,produce reports, follow-up on invoices, budget/forecast andmaintain HR dashboards. - Compensation & Benefits Supportpayroll preparation, administer benefits and flex plan and assistwith budget preparation. - Recruitment & Onboarding Assist injob postings, maintain candidate database, pre-screen candidates,schedule interviews, and manage employee onboarding. - Learning& Development Support the organisation and evaluation ofinternal/external training, detect training needs, and organiserecognition ceremonies and awards. - Project Support Assist theteam in executing various HR projects. - Communication Maintainintranet, manage section communication (incl. HR mailbox) forinternal employees and members and assist in organisingemployee/members meetings for the Section Profiel - Bachelor orequivalent experience e in HR administration, managing employeecontracts, invoices, budget. - Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word,Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint) - Knowledge of invoicingtools would be an asset - Proactive, good organisational skills,customer oriented. - Excellent writing and oral communicationskills in English and Dutch or French.
