Frasers dedicated team of 200 members are chosen for their enthusiasm, deep knowledge, and innovative thinking.We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Viareggio, Italy.Position OverviewThe Project Manager oversees refits and new build projects, acting as the owners technical expert and representative. Responsibilities include providing technical advice, assisting with negotiations, and offering regular feedback to the owner and FY technical manager. The Project Manager ensures project compliance with contractual elements, technical specifications, progress timelines, and quality standards.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the owners representative for new build or refit projects, liaising with shipyards, designers, contractors, and classification societies.Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards. Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Lead the project management team, including interior project managers, project engineers, surveyors, consultants, and experts.Regularly report project status, risks, and milestones to clients.Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assessments.Manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Attend FAT, HAT, SAT, lead delivery procedures, and final acceptance processes.Skills and RequirementsProven experience in project management within the yachting or maritime sector (minimum 5 years preferred).Strong knowledge of superyacht construction, engineering systems, and regulatory compliance.Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field is advantageous.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel internationally as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
