What Will You Do as an Operator Complex Compounding?As an Operator Complex Compounding, you are the specialist responsible for the precise production of pharmaceutical bulk products. These sterile solutions are the foundation for the next phase in the manufacturing process on the fill & finish line - making your role essential to the final product.You''ll work in a sterile, high-tech cleanroom environment, following strict SOPs and cGMP guidelines. Weighing, mixing, filtering, and operating advanced equipment are all part of your daily routine. You''ll also collaborate with the engineering team to keep machines running at peak performance. Throughout it all, quality, safety, and accuracy are your top priorities.
Your key responsibilities include:- Producing sterile bulk solutions within Manufacturing Operations
- Weighing, compounding, and filtering according to detailed procedures
- Setting up, starting, and operating cleanroom equipment
- Supporting basic maintenance in collaboration with engineering
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Shifts and Work ScheduleYou''ll work in a two-shift rotation based on a six-day cycle, including weekend shifts. The shift times are:
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30
- Evening shift: 14:00 - 22:30

What Do You Bring as an Operator Complex Compounding?You''re someone who works with precision, takes ownership, and feels right at home in a regulated production environment. With your technical background and eagerness to learn, you''ll quickly make a meaningful impact. Does this sound like you?
- A completed education in a technical or scientific field (recent graduates are also welcome!)
- Experience with batch production processes such as weighing and compounding in a regulated industry (pharma, food, or medical devices) is a strong plus
- Solid technical insight and well-developed problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail, accurate working style, and clear communication skills in Dutch or English
- Proactive mindset - you''re independent but know when to collaborate with your team
