What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day
As a Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist, you are responsible for the organization, progress, and finances of group reservations, ensuring clear communication within the hotel. Additionally, you serve as the main contact person for all confirmed groups, actively building relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
Associated tasks include:
- Managing all event details, such as menus, floorplans, rooming lists, and other logistical requirements.
- Proactively offering tailored solutions to meet client needs while optimizing profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling of additional services and packages.
- Preparing and sending confirmations, proforma invoices, and other essential documentation.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients to address questions and refine event details.
- Organizing and conducting site visits with clients to discuss event specifics.
- Ensuring all client expectations are clearly documented and aligned with operational deliverables.
- Collaborating closely with other teams to streamline event planning processes and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Conducting post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
