In this role, you will be part of the customer care team where the main goal is to offer excellent support to our customers.For this role, we are looking for a candidate who speaks Slovenian at a native level to join our Customer Care team in Rome, Italy, or Stockholm, Sweden.The RoleWe are seeking a Customer Care Representative who always prioritizes the customer and provides a professional customer experience. You will be part of a friendly, international team responsible for supporting Slovenian customers with high availability and flexibility. A key part of your role will be to gather insights about customer needs and collaborate with other teams within EasyPark to improve our products and processes, reducing the need for customers to contact us.Initially, you will contribute & make an impact through:Answering incoming requests via phone, email, or other channels from our Slovenian customer base (private and corporate) and from international customers using the service in Slovenia.Implementing strategies to ensure the best customer experience based on incoming requests, as determined by the Customer Care Management Team.Supporting the collection of customer insights by logging contacts according to company policy to identify solutions that enhance the customer journey.About youYou are an independent, thorough, and social team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and changing environment.
