The project is for a global leader in the life sciences sector, currently undergoing a strategic ERP transformation to redefine and optimize business processes, reporting, and analytics on a global scale.
Lead the design, build, and delivery of global Analytics & Reporting solutions across Manufacturing, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Asset Management.
Analyze business needs and develop solutions using SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4HANA, BW Cloud (Datasphere), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to implement new solutions, manage risks, and ensure full transparency of project status.
Support the design and architecture of the future ERP landscape aligned with enterprise standards.
Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and drive continuous improvements in analytics strategies.
Strong experience in SAP ERP and BW implementations, migrations, or global rollouts (preferably S/4 HANA and BW/4HANA).
Deep knowledge of Analytics & Reporting tools for Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, Assets, and Master Data Governance (MDG).
Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, BW Cloud, SAC Reporting; familiarity with Snowflake and AWS S3 will be a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
