For a large industrial Company backed by a tier-1 international PE firm we are looking for a:CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - Ref. HTX/TGNorthern ItalyThe CEO will be entirely responsible for the Company''s operations and performance, steering a business with a turnover of hundreds of millions of euros, a diversified portfolio of brands and products and an international production and commercial footprint.Main responsibilities:Set the company strategy and ambition for all business lines, identifying opportunities for new business developmentDefine and execute well-structured business plans, with clear priorities and targetsStrengthen and actively lead the organization, build a performance-oriented environment that attracts and retain talents, reinforce company culture and valuesIdentify and manage risks (commercial, operational, financial etc.)Experience and qualifications:Degree in Engineering or EconomicsFluency in EnglishRounded experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar (CEO/GM) leadership role in organizations of similar size and complexityRobust experience in manufacturing and B2B businesses with material exposure to foreign marketsTrack record in innovation (technology, applications, business model etc.) and identification of new opportunities to expand business and drive profitabilityExperience in companies backed by PE funds or other financial investors is a strong plusAchievement of successful transformations is a strong plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
