The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across Germany and the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company in the natural health sector. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Drive business growth in Germany and the Netherlands by increasing market share in the Ayurveda product category and meeting sales targets. Customer Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing B2B clients across health food stores, wellness chains, pharmacies, and other distribution partners. New Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B opportunities across diverse sectors to expand our client base. Product Promotion: Recommend and introduce new products tailored to client needs, enhancing product uptake and value per customer. Strategic Sales Planning: Analyze regional market trends and competitive activity to develop and implement targeted sales strategies. Client Support: Provide clients with product education and Ayurvedic insights to support their own sales and marketing activities. On-the-Ground Engagement: Travel as needed for in-person client meetings to strengthen relationships and gain market insights. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on EU food supplement regulations to ensure professional and compliant client communications. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work effectively in a multicultural environment and engage with international colleagues and partners. What Were Looking For Education: Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in food supplements, natural health, or related industriesparticularly within German and Dutch markets. Languages: Fluent in German and English; Dutch language skills are a plus. Personal Qualities: Results-driven, self-motivated, excellent communicator, culturally aware, and passionate about holistic wellness. Work Style Remote: This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings, primarily in the Netherlands. Travel: Willingness to travel within Germany and the Netherlands for client visits and business development.
