Take on challenging tasks: Support in standardization projects across various companies within the group of companies, e.g. by reconciling product groups, process harmonization, system roll-out; Regular training of the purchasing organization on all process and system-relevant issues; Ensuring sustainability requirements in the supply chain through annual risk analysis, development of preventive measures and support in complying with them; Support in complying with legal requirements (e.g. EU sanctions, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, etc.); Designing the procurement-relevant IT landscape, selecting suitable tools and supporting their implementation; Data management and data planning; Creation and maintenance of data in the ERP system at the request of others (e.g. supplier creation, creation of framework agreements, etc.); Design, optimization and automation of the purchasing-specific process landscape; Coordination of the continuous improvement process; Determining market data and key figures and developing measures to optimize the latter; Accompanying internal and external audits and ensuring optimization in the event of any deviations; Key user SRM; Support purchasing management: presentations, organization; Support with customs issues and preference calculation; Contract management: Ensures that all contracts are filed appropriately and stored until the deletion deadlines are met; Checks for any compliance violations (e.g. dual control principle, artificial order split, maverick buying etc.). Qualifications and knowledge: German: C1; English: B2; Microsoft Office: good user experience; SAP knowledge: an advantage; Industrial engineer, business IT specialist, purchaser or similar. Skills: Very good communication skills; Very good commercial understanding; Very good technical understanding of databases, data analysis and business and purchasing software; Very good understanding of purchasing processes; Basic legal understanding of contract law is an advantage; Analytical thinking; A high degree of initiative, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility; Flexibility and willingness to travel; Ability to work in an international environment, intercultural competence.
