The Role
Were looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead Ports expansion and operations across France, starting with Paris. This is a hands-on role where you will own launch execution, manage day-to-day operations, and grow strategic relationships with both public and private stakeholders. Your leadership will directly impact the speed and quality of our growth in France.
What Youll Do
1. Launch and Scale E-Hubs
- Coordinate the roll-out of new Port e-hubs in Paris and expanding nationally.
- Coordinate across internal teams (product, hardware, tech) and external partners (municipalities, landlords, contractors) to ensure timely and high-quality launches.
- Tailor operational plans to align with local regulations, infrastructure, and user needs.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations: fleet readiness, user support, service uptime, and field ops.
- Manage local operations team and outsourced partners to deliver on KPIs.
- Continuously track data and user feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and municipal requirements.
3. Partner and Stakeholder Management
- Manage partnerships with parking and property owners and logistics partners.
- Act as a key local representative of Port to government authorities, cities, and regulators.
- Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term operational and commercial partnerships.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with HQ teams (Product, Tech, Hardware, Ops) to provide market-specific feedback.
- Collaborate on product adaptations and new feature testing for France.
- Ensure smooth coordination across country teams and company-wide initiatives.

About You
- 46 years experience in operations, consulting, project management, or startup environments.
- Proven track record in managing teams and owning complex projects end-to-end.
- Fluent French and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and driven by results.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / analytics skills.
- Able to travel within France as needed and work across cultures and languages.
