To cope with our rapidly growing business and strengthen our Flemishteam, Benetec is in search of a dynamic Account Manager . Position : The Account Manager is responsible for the sales ofSamsung Diagnostic Ultrasound systems in urology and gynecology and will demonstrate success in maintaining good relationships with existing customers and acquiring new clients. The Account Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and works in close cooperation with the other Sales & Service colleagues. Job description: Grow sales to meet or exceed sales budget; Prospect the market and visit potential customers; Sell the equipment by demonstrating its qualities and unique characteristics; Assist in the preparation of offers, tender documentation; Negotiate and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders; Maintain customer pricing within established guidelines; Keep ahead of technological developments by following company trainings and relevant courses; Represent the company at congresses/exhibitions, seminars and workshops; Train new and existing users and provide clinical support when needed; Report your activities, market information and forecast in the system. Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field. Experience in sales of medical imaging systems and/or medical equipment. Experience in ultrasound application is a big plus. Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in Flanders and ability to engage with key stakeholders. Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus). A proven track record in top sales performance is highly preferred. Dynamic personality; no 09h.00 to 17h.00 mentality; Desire to achieve long and short term objectives; Team player with good communication skills and commercial feeling; Perseverant, well-organized and eager to learn.
