PositionOverview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist tojoin our team and provide exceptional support to travelers duringtheir European journeys. In this role, you will be the vital linkbetween our clients and our operations team, ensuring seamlessexperiences throughout their travels. You''ll handle inquiries,resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with local suppliers todeliver the premium service our clients expect. This positionrequires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities,and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. WorkSchedule - Wednesday to Sunday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM KeyResponsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact fortravelers in Europe, providing timely assistance via phone, email,and messaging platforms - Respond to and resolve client inquiries,concerns, and special requests during their travels - Coordinatewith local suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies,and activity providers to ensure smooth execution of itineraries -Manage unexpected situations such as flight delays, weatherdisruptions, or health emergencies with composure and efficiency -Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records ofissues and resolutions - Provide real-time updates to travelersregarding their itineraries, local conditions, or special events -Collaborate with the operations team to continuously improve ourservice delivery and client experience - Collect and analyze clientfeedback to identify areas for improvement Qualifications -Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travelor hospitality industry - Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English; additional European languageshighly valued - Strong problem-solving abilities andresourcefulness in handling unexpected situations - Ability to workindependently while maintaining strong team collaboration -Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize inhigh-pressure situations - Genuine passion for travel andcommitment to exceptional service What We Offer - Opportunity towork with prestigious clients and premium travel experiences -Professional growth within an established and respected travelcompany - Collaborative team environment with industry experts -Competitive compensation package Notes - Position is based at ourheadquarters - No remote or hybrid working options available. -This is a full-time position with a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.Qualified candidates passionate about delivering exceptional travelexperiences are encouraged to apply with a resume and cover letterhighlighting relevant experience and language skills.
