Role Overview:
In this position, youll manage the full cycle recruitment process, build strong relationships with external partners, and guide a team of junior recruiters through their recruitment career. Youll also grow your own niche business withing our organization proactively work with clients and candidates in your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and closing projects
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and candidates
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Champion Amoria Groups commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Your Profile:
- Native Level Dutch, German or English
- MBO, Bachelors or Masters degree
- Based in Amsterdam or its vicinity, and ready to join our Amsterdam based office
- Proven recruitment experience of minimum of 2 consecutive years in 360 Recruitment (Contract)
- Collaborative mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
