THE BRIDGE S.p.A.STORE MANAGER Serravalle ScriviaSalary: NegotiableLocation: Serravalle Scrivia (AL) (Italy)Reports to: Area ManagementType of Contract: PermanentMain duties:To manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the The Bridge Boutique in the very heart of Rome.The Role:Manage the general operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and achievement of budget or sales goals;Analyze, elaborate, and report sales figures weekly, monthly, and yearly to the Retail Manager to leverage profits;Monitor all business costs and provide the area team with feedback and analysis on store KPIs;Supervise staff, meet customer needs, and coordinate sales, merchandising, and budgeting activities;Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor local competitors;Develop retail excellence behaviors such as customer relationships, follow-up, selling ceremonies, and after-sales service;Ensure staff adhere to dress code, customer approach, and selling standards;Liaise with HR to address HR-related issues;Schedule staff shifts and manage store operational requirements;Handle employee disciplinary actions appropriately;Arrange merchandise display based on popularity and other criteria;Assist customers with advice and support to encourage purchases;Monitor inventory levels and unload new stock as needed;Operate cash registers and manage daily revenues;Maintain a clean and organized store environment;Handle customer inquiries, returns, and provide excellent service;Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills;Go the extra mile to meet targets.The Candidate:Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;Previous experience managing a store team;Experience in retail or service industry, preferably within the fashion sector;Ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team;Proven track record of delivering strong results with a large team and high turnover;Ability to advise customers on professional dress and appearance;Excellent communication skills with customers and staff;Strong people management skills;Good numeracy skills;Strong organizational abilities;Dynamic and creative mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
