Supportdefinition of end-to-end architecture, integration standards, andfoundational building blocks (including data feeds). Building andscaling the cloud-based infrastructure for the ChatBot (PA)platform. Ensure PA components run efficiently on Azure, aresecure, and integrate well with our existing infrastructure. Roleoverview Lead the E2E design, development, and integration ofInsurance AI agents behind the Personal Assistant for bothinsurance use cases (focus Bdi). Support definition of end-to-endarchitecture, integration standards, and foundational buildingblocks (including data feeds) Building and scaling the cloud-basedinfrastructure for the PA platform. Ensure PA components runefficiently on Azure, are secure, and integrate well with ourexisting infrastructure. Responsibilities Solution Design: Designthe complete AI system components behind the insurance assistants,select the appropriate cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure AIServices, AKS, API GateWay), and define integration standardstaking into account Clients Frameworks for Personal Assistant andthe current tech stack (Mistral AI, Kore. AI, Salesforce,..) AIModel Governance & Compliance : Design & implementsecurity-first architectures following guidelines, defineevaluation pipelines for model fairness, explainability (incl.guardrails, prompt injection defence techniques), and audit trails.Collaboration & Performance Optimization : Work closely withCcoe, enterprise architects, IT security, DevOps teams, andbusiness SMEs to optimize compute, Storage, and real-time APIresponses.
