Job Title: ICT Supporter

Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)

We are a dynamic IT service provider to local municipalities and public institutions, offering reliable IT solutions and infrastructure management. We''re looking for a proactive ICT Support Specialist to join our team and help maintain and optimise our modern ICT systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and monitor systems (Azure AD, Intune, M365).
2. Manage mobile devices, modern workstations, and printers.
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Ensure top performance, availability & SLA compliance.

Requirements:

1. IT Training or equivalent experience.
2. Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, M365.
3. Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
4. Bonus if you have experience in PowerShell & packaging skills.

Work Arrangement: This position is hybrid-working based in Aargau.
