Purpose of the function:- To develop digital & omnichannel strategies and roadmaps, build relationships with key partners, create concepts and propositions, manage product development, coordinate go-to-market approach and drive the product enhancements.- Responsible for ensuring that the digital business services and solutions meet CRFs needs, targeted profit margins are achieved or exceeded, business quality standards are fully adhered and this within agreed timeframe & budget.- This role is all about enablement, collaboration, initiative and influencing decisions to drive the team towards achieving our omnichannel business vision.Areas of result: Set-up:- Together with the digital financial controller, build digital business cases & P&L.; Help forecast revenues, costs, margins, i.e. analyze profitability.- Defines in detail the scope of goals and deliverables, taking into account the input from relevant stakeholders.- Examines all contract documents and acquires a thorough knowledge of all its technical and administrative aspects.- Proactively manages changes in scope and conditions and negotiates changes in a timely manner so as not to impact the contract schedule or cost.Implementation:- Develop full scale product plans in line with requirements, identify and manage dependencies and critical path.- Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracking milestones and deliverables and revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.- Identify causes of potential delays and develop, evaluate and initiate optional courses of action. Monitor implementation of changes and their effect on the schedule and costs.- Keep relevant stakeholders well informed of changes.- Plan and hold regular status meetings with the stakeholders and subcontractors to measure work progress, detect changes in the critical path, define solutions to problems and define priorities.- Effectively communicates relevant information to BUs & management in a timely way. Develop and deliver a monthly progress report. Organize corrective actions and feedback.- Ensure appropriate implementation in-store & on-line with regular follow up & proposals for improvements.Budgetary control:- Analyze cost estimation to highlight potential problems that could affect the expected profitability.- Provide a monthly progress reports to BUs & own management.Team management:- Motivate team members to work together in the most efficient way.- Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with colleagues.- Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.- Work with the wider digital team to contribute to Omnichannel activities.- Experience as Product Owner in a digital environment is necessity (5+ years).- Has expertise in writing functional & technical specifications, synthesizing and communicating complex and key information concisely to the right people, at the right time.- Experience working in agile environment, knowledge of Jira / Kanban / Scrum is an advantage.- Technical expertise in web development.- Exceptional relationship builder and will also be very comfortable communicating with senior management.- Result focused.- Analytical.- Excellent organization skills.- Ability to anticipate the problems.- Bi-lingual Dutch & French, working knowledge English.- Contact with: CRF Ecommerce team, marketing agencies & 3rd parties, marketing of different BUs.- Carrefour offers a permanent contract plus a company car.- Pension plan and other advantages.- An exciting job in which you can develop your skills and knowledge through training.- The opportunity to be part of the success of the second greatest player of worldwide distribution.
