Responsible for ensuring target achievementand year-on-year growth -Advertising and Marketing OptimizationManage and refine online advertising strategies to boost keyperformance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates-Business Analysis and Growth Conduct regular business reviews toanalyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth andexpansion on ecommerce platforms -Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensureseamless and efficient operations -Industry Trend Monitoring Stayupdated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and bestpractices to ensure our platforms remain competitive andinnovative.- -PD/-KPI -AVS-GTM- Requirements-Bachelors degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, DigitalMarketing, or a related field -Minimum of 3 years of experience inecommerce management or a similar role -Fluency in both Englishand Chinese (written and spoken) is required, while fluency inItalian is preferred -Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making -Strongproject management skills, with the ability to handle multipletasks and meet deadlines -Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment -Familiarity with Amazon is highlydesirable. - -3 - -- --
