This should be achieved by implementing sales, pricing, and contracting strategies which have been agreed with the MedSurg team.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage local commercial customer interaction looking for sales opportunities in collaboration with the clinical team.Follow the country commercial plan as defined by the Country Commercial Business Manager (CCBM).Manage pricing, contracting, and tender tasks within the allocated region to protect and grow current business and create new opportunities.Ensure alignment of customer or third-party catalogue pricing systems with Cook pricing systems for smooth order processing and timely payments.Demonstrate knowledge about bidding and ordering processes within customer accounts and seek improvements when applicable.Utilize supply chain solutions and data to enhance customer experience and demonstrate value.Capture and share competitor data to identify sales opportunities.Ensure delivery of services as per contractual agreements from both Cook and customer sides.Identify, establish, and develop relationships with key hospital decision-makers to facilitate commercial discussions.Collaborate closely with Sales teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and KPIs such as margin, adherence to pricing principles, and ROI.Follow up on customer requests and commitments, hold review meetings, and communicate feedback to the team.Participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings as needed.Provide written reports to the Commercial Operations Manager (COM) as appropriate.Securing Employee Development and Organisational Culture:Uphold our culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by adhering to Cooks Code of Conduct.Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met within scope of responsibility.Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards and policies.Work effectively with sales team members, CCBM, RBM, and support functions to deliver excellent customer service and business results.Understand customer structures, roles, and responsibilities to enhance collaboration and commercial opportunities.Seek support when necessary, demonstrating awareness and judgment.QualificationsExperience in medical sales and commercial roles preferred.Ability to meet frequently with customers and decision-makers.Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Strong commercial and business acumen proven through a track record of success.Product or procedural knowledge is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, with proficiency in other relevant languages.Strong numerical and data analysis skills for decision-making.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Attention to detail in written and numeric documents.Proven problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills.High self-motivation and effective project management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
