The primary focus is to develop strong relationships with clients and to position/sell engagements for the IQVIA Patients Solutions Department and Implementation Science Team at major life science and pharma companies. The role also involves developing new solutions and offerings with a focus on innovation, digitalization of care processes, and a consultative approach.This includes:Client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality, value-added services, in synergy with the existing IQVIA network;Building close client relationships at dedicated accounts;Identifying and qualifying opportunities within assigned clients and prospects;Focusing business development efforts on innovative services with a technological approach toward digital solutions, strongly integrated with IQVIA Patients Solutions Department and Healthcare Team;Preparing client discussion papers and project proposals with IQVIA teams to develop new needs and innovative approaches;Developing and negotiating contracts with stakeholders and closing deals;Presenting proposals to clients, gathering feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities;Maintaining and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders throughout projects;Supporting the design, delivery, and management of innovative solutions and projects for clients;Monitoring client satisfaction continuously;Serving as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, and developing action plans.Candidate ProfileAt least 9+ years of experience in consultancy firms within Pharma/Life Science practice;Successful track record in developing Patient Solutions projects, especially digital projects within Salesforce environment, is highly desirable;Proficiency in both Italian and English;Expertise in Business Development with a strong record of successful deals;Entrepreneurial attitude, from idea generation to implementation and launch, with strong hunting skills and strategic account development;Hands-on approach with strong consulting, issue-based, and innovative skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent listening and communication skills;Ability to work collaboratively across complex networks and influence organizations;Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines;Excellent execution skills and attention to detail;Willingness and ability to travel.Location: Rome or Milan (hybrid)What We OfferCareer development opportunities through internal job moves, performance management, mentoring, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and more;Competitive benefits including insurance, discounts, and flexible benefits budget;Flexible working conditions and a modern, sustainable office environment;Opportunity to contribute to creating a healthier world, working with a diverse, global team committed to healthcare innovation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
