Profile For our creative team, were looking for a Graphic Designer Womenswear (Full-time). Are you up-to-date with the latest graphic trends in fashion and do you connect with the identity of Colourful Rebel?Do you have a distinct style and expertise in creating both placed and all-over prints?Can you work both by hand and digitally, and are Illustrator and Photoshop second nature to you? Then were looking for you!As a Graphic Designer Womenswear, youll be responsible for creating and developing all graphics for sweat and jersey items, as well as all-over prints for our woven range. Together with the Senior Fashion Designer, youll work on 8 womenswear collections per year and report directly to the Art Director. You work in a structured and precise way, think ahead, and make well-considered choices to elevate both the collection and the brand. Youll also contribute to variations on bestsellers and explore new potential hits. You have a commercial mindset and bring fresh ideas within the creative guidelines of the brand. Responsibilities Identify graphic trends and translate them into strong, on-brand products Design and develop graphics using tech packs in Illustrator Go on shopping and sourcing trips Lead proto meetings, fittings, and process changes in tech packs and overviews Present and explain collections to the management team Maintain oversight throughout the entire development process and act quickly/problem-solve when needed Track and respond to set deadlines Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Full-time availability Strong technical knowledge of print, embroidery, and embellishment techniques Full proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite Accurate, detail-oriented, and structured Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written A team player who can inspire, motivate, and persuade others Able to handle pressure and deadlines; solution-oriented mindset Energetic and driven always looking for a new challenge What We Offer A friendly working atmosphere and a fantastic workspace at our office in Amsterdam A challenging full-time position within a successful and growing organization A creative and dynamic work environment in a results-driven, no-nonsense, young team Competitive salary and unlimited vacation days Interested?~ Would you like to take on this role with us?
