This role involves coordinating sales activities across European markets, focusing on rental and staging LED product lines for projects like corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, and virtual applications.Position SummaryThis role, in collaboration with the EU market team, oversees the management and leadership of sales activities in designated industries, aiming to expand market share and develop new opportunities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and exceeding targets.Identify and develop new accounts, build and maintain customer relationships to increase sales.Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.Participate in establishing annual business plans and target strategies.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Travel regularly to engage directly with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors.Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.Gather and relay feedback from the field to headquarters, including insights on products, marketing, and sales.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry status and sales activities.Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesHost customer visits to China headquarters.Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management within the industrial or AV industry.Over 3 years of project-related experience in sales, marketing, or product management for relevant markets.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsEffective leadership, project management, and communication skills.Strong client orientation and problem-solving abilities.Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.Language Skills:Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.We offer a challenging environment, a pleasant working atmosphere, international culture, training opportunities, and a remuneration package based on experience.
