The CompanyComo 1907 is an Italian football club competing in Serie A owned by Sent Entertainment.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Events Specialist to join the Team.In this crucial role the candidate will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and executing corporate MICE events and tourism-related events.This role will oversee event logistics, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of events ranging from small-scale activations to large-scale festivals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in prospecting, event planning, relationship management, and business acumen.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growthand success of Como 1907, an organization with a rich football history and a commitment toexcellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement full event prospecting strategies, including promotional activities and outreach initiatives.Outbound prospecting via cold calling and attending to applicable inbound leads.Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, stadium tours, and activations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.Prospecting selling event programs via Corporate Businesses, Tourism Agencies, Consulates (domestic and international), Travel Companies/Agencies, and Chambers of Commerce Consolates etc.Develop and manage the Commercial/Lario event discount benefit program. (With Corporate team)Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for the seamless execution of events.Draft client proposals for all client events.Manage budgeting and PL for all related event initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency.Utilize tools such as Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office platforms to create and manage event proposals, materials and documentation.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Event Management, Tourism or a related field.3+ years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or tourism-related roles with a focus on sales and prospecting.Strong knowledge of event marketing and operational execution.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in English and ItalianThe contract level and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience.Como 1907 is an equal opportunity employer.
