A CLIENT DEVELOPMENTSPECIALIST WHO LEVERAGES ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO BUILDLONG-LASTING PERSONAL CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTS Embodies TAG Heuersbrand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outsidethe boutique. Achieves individual clienteling objectives leveragingall the tools provided. Ensures qualitative client data collectionand leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevantway. AN ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR TO OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE WHO RESPECTSRETAIL & ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES ON THE FLOOR Contributes toall daily processes under the supervision of the Boutiquemanagement. Leverages properly all tools. Applies rigorously allguidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and VisualMerchandising. HARD SKILLS Knowledge of luxury retail environment(minimum 2 year-experience) Selling skills: client discovery,product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling ofobjections, sales closing, etc. Understanding of sales KPIsKnowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIs Knowledge of digital toolsKnowledge of / interest for Brand DNA, history & collectionsSOFT SKILLS Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting newclients and growing the active client base, nurturing long termrelationship with clients Open minded, excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills Energetic, self-motivated, action andresults-oriented Self-starter, able to work effectively in afast-paced and dynamic environment Adaptable to changes, flexible,able to bring up new ideas and solutions Team spirit, highintegrity and transparency
