Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting

LOCATION: MLAGA (On Site)
We are looking for a profile with knowledge of the investment and corporate banking business, specifically in Capital and Regulatory Reporting processes. The goal is to initially onboard this profile as a Business Analyst within the Regulatory Reporting Squad for Loan Tape, working in AGILE methodology on our product technology projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Functional definition of systems
- Definition of processes and data flows
- Identification of data sources and system connections, in collaboration with the CDO
- Data quality analysis and reconciliation
- Execution of integrated testing and data analysis
- Coordination of UAT and support during production go-live
- Assisting the business team with change management
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in technology projects focused on the development and implementation of Capital, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting systems
- Business process functional definition
- Definition of business metrics
- Test case design and documentation
- Test support, UAT, and Go-Live support
- Change Management
- Data analysis (reconciliation, data tracing to source)
- Fluent English required
