The opportunity
For our BU Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for a HSE Specialist.
How youll make an impact
Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
Conduct audits and inspections, inside factory and on site, to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.
Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
Conduct risk assessments.

Your background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.
Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
Interest for the industrial field.
Proactivity, attention to details, and good communication skills.
You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
