Non-Executive Director Software/IT

A Non-Executive Director (Non-Exec, NED) is required for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) software, IT company based locally with a sales office in the US. The company has a strong sales pipeline and existing customers, aiming to achieve revenue growth. We are seeking a Non-Executive Director interested in investing and able to contribute to the company''s growth with expertise in:

• IT/software companies serving corporate clients and/or major hosting and managed service providers;
• Experience in international software businesses and developing distribution and partner channels;
• Implementing customer service and technical support in a partner channel model;
• Proven success in growing and exiting software/IT businesses.

The Non-Executive Director may be encouraged to become a shareholder to align interests with existing shareholders and directors. Work abroad.
