You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed. Translate deals into cross-departmental projects/tasks. Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnershipsCoordinate cross-departmental projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocationIdentify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logsExercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and TechReport directly to the COO and support strategic planningRequirementsWhat you need to succeed5+ years in project management in healthcare or regulated environmentsExperience in client-facing or customer success roles, including escalationsExposure to strategic planning and KPI evaluation across departmentsProven track record managing cross-functional programmes at scaleStrong lateral influence and stakeholder management with executive teamsSkilled mediator, exceptionally organised, and comfortable with ambiguityFluent in English and SpanishTools & certificationsFamiliar with PM frameworks and agile methodologies in regulated environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace and AI productivity toolsExperience with PM software (Jira, Asana, Monday or similar)Nice to have: PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)LanguagesFull professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
