What you''ll do
- Project Planning: define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements.
- Team Management: assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders expectations and requirements, as well as facilitate communication among team members.
- Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
- Project Closure: conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts.
- Customer Centricity: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers needs and identify new potential business opportunities.
What you''ll need
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally as well as on the client side.
- Experience in gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Works.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2).
- Desired certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.
- Willingness to travel to the customer''s premises
