We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service department at their Waalwijk location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer orders and inquiries, providing professional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy. Offer feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. Secondary education (HBO) or equivalent. Commercial training with experience in customer service and order management. Proficiency in SAP is advantageous. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus.
