Role Toscotec has an opportunity for a Safetyand Risk Analysis Engineer to join the Engineering Area in ourMarlia plant. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge ofthe Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and UNI EN 12100 and will beable to ensure that all our machines and equipment comply withEuropean safety standards. As a Safety and Risk Analysis Engineer,you will be responsible for: - Conducting detailed risk assessmentsfor all machines and equipment. - Ensuring compliance with theMachinery Directive 2006/42/EC and UNI EN 1200. - Developing andimplementing safety measures to reduce identified risks. -Collaborating and coordinating external engineering firms, expertsin risk analysis, that support the company in the evaluation anddrafting of the technical file. - Collaborating with design andproduction teams to integrate safety solutions. - Collaboratingwith sales and spare parts department to identify a certificationstrategy for partial machine and/or plant rebuilds. - Editing draftrisk assessment reports and compliance documentation. - Providingsafety training and support to employees. To be successful in thisrole you will: - Have proven experience in risk analysis andmachine safety. - Have a thorough knowledge of the MachineryDirective 2006/42/EC and UNI EN 12100 - Be available to travel forbusiness trips - Be a good team player - Have excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills - Display good communication skills withfluency in English and Italian Qualification Masters degree inEngineering or equivalent Technical Knowledge
