Our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team assists financial sponsors, private capital firms, and multinationals by providing globally connected services across tax, corporate structure, treasury, and transaction strategy. Our growing Transfer Pricing team is currently seeking a Senior Consultant.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and client focus.
- Address complex transfer pricing issues such as M&A, tax audits, MAPs, IP migration, and restructuring.
- Build and maintain client relationships, delivering high-quality service.
- Assist in business development by managing existing clients and attracting new ones.
- Identify opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance service scope and value.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff for their development.
- Contribute to team and people initiatives, including training and retention.
- Manage team operations and staff development.
Skills and attributes for success
- At least 3 years of international tax experience, with 2+ years in transfer pricing, preferably in advisory.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, valuations, accounting, and finance.
- Effective relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Master''s degree; additional qualifications like CFA, STEX, CPA, LLM, or PhD are a plus.
- Proficiency in English; German or French is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint and transfer pricing databases (e.g., Amadeus, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters).
