We promote a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement, integrity, collaboration, and strong delivery.About The RoleWe are seeking four permanent, full-time Compression Operators to join our team at the Roma asset in the Surat Basin, QLD. Local residents are encouraged to apply; FIFO and DIDO options are available, with a 15/13 roster. The role involves operating and maintaining gas compression and dehydration facilities and associated equipment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, TEG dehydration units, flare systems, and ancillary plant equipment.Execute preventative maintenance plans.Optimize plant performance and reliability.Lead and mentor trainees.Drive-in-drive-out options available for candidates within 4 hours of Roma; FIFO options from Brisbane. Must have a full drivers license and four-wheel drive training certification.Qualifications5+ years of gas processing experience, including supervision and planning.Mechanical/Fitter Trade Certificate with maintenance and flange management experience.Knowledge of CSG gas processing equipment and maintenance, including reciprocating engines and electric prime movers (desirable).Cert III in Process Plant Operations.Driver''s license and four-wheel drive training certification.First Aid & CPR certification.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package.Collaborative and innovative team environment.Recognition awards and health benefits.Access to extensive learning resources.16 weeks paid parental leave.Application ProcessPlease include a cover letter addressing your suitability and a current resume.
