Jr. Business Partnerships Consultant
to strengthen relationships and expand business in
Spain and Portugal . Based in our Madrid office, youll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow partnerships
with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.Develop and execute
business strategies
to drive growth and new opportunities.Handle
commercial requests
with a
win-win approach , ensuring smooth internal communication.Keep partners engaged
through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.Identify and onboard
new strategic partners , especially in the
Portuguese
market.Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.
Requirements:Fluent
Spanish
(native),
Portuguese , and
English
(spoken & written).3 years
of experience in B2B business development or account management.Strong
relationship-building , negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.Proactive and problem-solving mindset , with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.
