We seek a candidate with previous experience in luxury & fashion contexts. The Womens Outerwear Product Developer at Moncler will oversee the product and technical development of womens collections, focusing on outerwear.Activities:Assist the PM in transferring designs from the Style and Product departments.Use PLM to create the BOM.Organize color folders.Manage lab dips for new fabric colors.Who We Are Looking For3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in structured organizations.Knowledge of Down Jackets.Able to work independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach.Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.Proficiency in PLM.We Would Appreciate a Person That Is:Practical and action-oriented.Determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging, and creative approach.Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience working in medium to large-sized companies and collaborating across teams is a plus.Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with KPIs.How You Can ApplyYou can apply through our Careers Website via the link in the job posting.Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer.
