As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in cost planning and project control for complex mechanical installations, all while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include: * Managing mechanical cost planning, forecasting, and financial documentation. * Supporting take-offs, site progress checks, and collaboration with BIM and estimation teams. * Overseeing contracts, changing orders, and tracking labour productivity across projects. *Training *Travel across client sites The successful Quantity Surveyor will have: *Relevant qualifications and 3+ years’ experience, ideally in mechanical or building services. *Strong technical knowledge of cost management, estimation tools, and industry regulations. *Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and organised approach. *Full driving license *Willingness to travel around Cork and surrounding areras
