This also includes upsell/cross-sell specifically for the SMB market.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their challenges, customizing security solutions to meet their unique needs. Represent the product at customer meetings and industry events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, seminars).Technical Leadership: Provide post-sales technical training, lead technically, guide best practices, and conduct Proof-of-Concepts to demonstrate our solutions'' effectiveness.Proposal Management: Respond effectively to RFI''s & RFP''s, showcasing our capabilities and aligning solutions with client needs.Education and Advocacy: Educate partners and clients about the latest security technologies, acting as a cybersecurity advocate through industry participation, discussions, and networking.QualificationsNative Spanish speaker & Fluent in English - Mandatory (additional language - French OR Italian is an advantage).2+ years of relevant experience in Email Security - Mandatory.Experience and familiarity with the Avanan product or Email Security market - advantage.Pre-sales Expertise: 5 years of proven experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Cybersecurity background.Understanding of customer networks.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies.We are committed to fostering a diverse team.
