Weve got stories to tell. Role Overview: Werehiring a full-time, Italy-based Content Specialist to supportcontent creation across our product pages, blog, and emailmarketing. Youll work closely with the Product Marketing Managerto write, edit, and update content thats clear, engaging, andon-brand. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone looking togrow their skills in content strategy, SEO, and e-commerce. Yourwords will help thousands of travelers plan their perfect trip bymaking our tours easy to understandand exciting to book. Must befluent in English and based in Italy. Responsibilities: - Write andupdate product and category pages with accurate, engaging content -Edit, publish, and maintain content using WordPress - Assist withblog content creation and updates - Support email marketingcampaigns by contributing copy and content ideas (via Klaviyo) -Apply basic SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, cleanURLs) - Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager on productlaunches and content needs - Write short-form scripts or captionsfor social media, Reels, and other video content Skills: -WordPress - Canva (or similar design tools) - Basic understandingof SEO principles - C1 level English fluency (written and spoken) -Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)Desired Experience: - 1+ years writing for product or categorypages in an e-commerce environment - 1+ years using a CMS topublish and manage web content (WordPress preferred) - 1+ yearsapplying SEO best practices in digital content - 1+ years editingweb-based content for clarity, tone, and accuracy - Experiencesupporting content for product launches or seasonal promotions -Experience writing email content for marketing campaigns Salary:TBD Start Date: ASAP, but we understand some contracts can takesome time.
