Develops an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.As quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:Verifying conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliersExchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and proceduresHandling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planningLeading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 millionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)Have the ability to deal with different departments, such as Engineering, Quality and ProcurementsBe able to read technical drawingsBe eligible to work in EUDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
