Track and analyse underwriting performance and compliance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to underwriting teams on governance policies, ensuring a strong understanding of compliance requirements. RSA risk appetite, business strategy, and the UK&I operations, - IFC / RSA Underwriting Policy and guiding principles, - IFC / RSA Delegation of Technical Authority Frameworks (internal and external to RSA), - EU and UK Regulatory environment for underwriting and the principles of the underwriting control environment- Proficiency in working with MS Office applications Experience in undertaking research, analysis, and coordination with senior stakeholders.
