Be partof an inspiring team delivering unforgettable experiences.#JoinJWVenice Position Title: HR Trainee WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Our marvellous resort, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa isseeking a passionate, bright and talented Human Resources Trainee.Internship Roles and Tasks Students will assist with the followingactivities: - Participate in job aids creation, job posting, and CVScreening; - Organize and assist with interviews; prepare andproperly file all interview documents; - Employee Administration -Assist the HR Coordinator in preparing the documents for contractsigning; - Follow up with all departments on the payroll process; -Manage/perform inventory/organize internal resources (lockers keys,nametags, office supplies, etc.) - Use human resources-relatedsoftware and systems; - Organize and manage medical checks for theemployees; Training - Assist the HR Coordinator in preparing a masstraining plan; - Organize and prepare training materials andlogistics; - Facilitate mini-training sessions; - Internalcommunication - Create and distribute the daily packet (internalinformation journal) - Organize and update department boards. -Offer support for organizing internal events/projects: birthdayscelebration, mass documents filing, etc. CANDIDATE PROFILE - Thestudent must be enrolled in a University/School program in order tobe eligible for this position; - At the moment of the finalinterview, the student must provide a permit that allows him/her toperform an internship in Europe or a European passport; - Goodlevel of English; - Time Frames: this is a 6 Months InternshipMarriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
