Finishing Manager (Construction)Location: Greater Dublin AreaFull-time | Residential ConstructionSalary: €60k - €75kOur client, a leading residential property developer, is currently hiring a Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of home delivery across large-scale housing developments. This is a key position for an experienced professional who can manage multiple teams, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure handovers are completed on time and to an exceptional standard.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire finishing process from plastering/skimming to final handover, ensuring high standards of deliveryTake ownership of Health Safety, snagging, programme timelines, and aftercare resolutionCoordinate and oversee subcontractors and service providers for finishing works (kitchens, joinery, appliances, bathrooms, etc.)Monitor delivery programmes and report on progress weekly, taking corrective actions to avoid delaysLead internal quality control processes including inspections, documentation, and sign-offs (e.g. DMS/Zutec systems)Attend daily coordination meetings, resolve issues promptly, and ensure handovers are in line with RTS/RTO deadlinesLiaise with Sales, Completions, and Legal teams to ensure smooth transition from site completion to homeowner handoverSupport and lead the finishing team, including coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reportsDeliver a best-in-class customer service experience to homeowners and stakeholdersRequirements:Previous experience in a Finishing Manager or Foreperson role on residential construction sitesTrade background preferred (e.g. carpentry, plastering, etc.)Proven ability to deliver high-quality units within tight timelinesStrong communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesComfortable leading teams and managing multiple handovers in parallelSelf-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to work independentlyFull driving licence and flexibility to work across active sites in the Greater Dublin AreaBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonusPension scheme with employer contributionsFull private health insuranceCompany vehicle (role dependent)Paid maternity and paternity leaveExtra company-paid annual leave daysIncome protection life assuranceOngoing CPD support and development programmesEmployee wellbeing support servicesTravel tax-saver and cycle-to-work schemesCulture engagement initiativesApply now to join a team that values quality, community, and career growth.
