To support our transformation and growth in Europe, we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to look after our existing clients and grow our Sea Freight Forwarding activity in Gdynia.

As BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client & vendor relationships, and collaborating internally with other sales groups within Poland and more globally with our other European sites.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue and profit targets.
