Contracting Brabant Wallon Plan, organize, and conduct fire risk assessments in compliance with applicable legislation and according to the established schedule Monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective actions resulting from risk assessments Provide expert advice and guidance on fire prevention measures across Engineering, BelTech, Facilities, and Business projects Manage fire safety documentation, including collection and archiving of fire department reports, and preparation of building compliance files (e.g., material certificates, exemptions) Collaborate with periodic inspection and maintenance teams on fire safety systems (fire doors, detection systems, extinguishing systems, etc.) Contribute to the regular update of safety plans, including compartmentalization layouts, evacuation routes, and fire extinguisher placement Support teams during inspections by insurers and regulatory authorities (DCRC, Fire Brigade, ANPI, etc.) Organize and coordinate evacuation drills for all company buildings Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call duty schedule as part of the Internal Emergency Plan (one week out of seven) Assist the Emergency & Response Plan Manager in the development and refinement of the Internal Emergency Plan (PIU) Minimum 8 years of experience in fire prevention. ANPI (or equivalent) certification. Knowledge of the well-being code. Minimum 8 years of experience in the field. Adaptability and flexibility. Autonomy without being solitary.
