Leading Digital Agency looking for experienced Digital Change Management Consultant (Fluent Dutch)
Guiding leading B2C customers through the early stages of a change management process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder interviews, overseeing business casing, demonstrating a deep understanding of target operating models, and effectively managing the end-to-end project.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and clients in the Dutch-speaking regions.
- Proven experience in guiding organizations through the early stages of a change management process within the digital transformation space.
- Strong proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing requirements, and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee business casing, including identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and developing compelling business cases for change initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of target operating models and the ability to effectively align digital strategies with the organization''s overall business objectives.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering results within specified timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to the change management process.
- Leading and facilitating stakeholder interviews to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for the change initiatives.
- Overseeing the development of comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact evaluation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement target operating models that support the organization''s digital transformation objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables are achieved within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, Change Management, or a related field. A Master''s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, or organizational development.
- Relevant certifications in change management methodologies, project management, or related areas are desirable.
