Project Manager Offshore
Location: Rotterdam partially remote work possible

What does life as a Project Manager look like?
Your day starts at the Rotterdam office or from home with a check-in with your project team. You align on actions, discuss risks, and explore optimisations. You then meet with the client to review project progress and any changes. You manage the project budget, monitor planning, and make adjustments when needed. In the afternoon, you work with engineers on technical issues and ensure all stakeholders are well-informed. As the central figure in the project, you oversee both technical and commercial aspects. Theres also time for a coffee break with colleagues or participating in regular social activities.
What will you do?
- Lead medium to large offshore projects within schedule, budget, and contract conditions.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage all project execution phases, from tender to delivery.
- Advise during tender phases on optimisations, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate contractual, financial, and technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, including clients, suppliers, consultants, and executive teams.

What are we looking for?
- A completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering; structural engineering is a strong plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within the offshore industry.
- Knowledge of Primavera (P6) or MS Project is a strong advantage.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Full professional fluency in English; Dutch is a big plus.
- A proactive, decisive leader who inspires and connects teams.
