Youll work on the day-to-day management of our partnerships including maintaining the influencer database up-to-date and performing key activation activities.How youll contribute:Own the influencer database ensuring information on how much we are spending, with whom, and when is always up-to-dateOwn the activation of each of these partners, including contracts, product shipping and activation, gathering key assets, and setting up landing pages and discount codes in internal systemsOwn air check tracking for all campaignsSupport in the coordination of media and influencer eventsSource key information to enable the collaboration, including gathering pricing, packages, and availabilityIdentify new relationships with influencers and other partners by conducting extensive market, audience, and competitor researchWhat you need to succeed:You have 2-3 years of experience juggling between multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentYou are fast, precise and organizedYou learn quickly and work autonomouslyYou have the ability to independently be on top of multiple different thingsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsExperience with Google Sheets or ExcelPassion for health, wellness and high-performance sleepWhy join Eight Sleep?Innovation in a culture of excellenceJoin us in a workplace where innovation isnt just encouraged - its a standard.
